Novaguard Technology Group is a founder-led managed IT and cyber security provider based in Brisbane, Queensland, with remote support Australia-wide. We work with small professional firms of 5 to 30 staff, mainly accounting and law practices across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland, that need their technology to work every day and their security to hold up when a client, insurer or auditor asks questions. Novaguard is run by Michael Jordison, who has more than 17 years of hands-on IT and cyber security experience and holds the OSCP and OSEP offensive security certifications along with Microsoft's Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500). Most IT providers do either support or security. Novaguard does both, and we deliberately keep a small client list so you deal directly with a senior specialist who already knows your environment, not a ticket queue. We publish our pricing: Managed IT Services: $130 to $240 per user per month (AUD, ex GST), including Microsoft 365 Business Premium, with 2 to 6 hour response SLAs depending on plan. Managed Cyber Security, for organisations keeping their own IT team or provider: Sentry from $60 and Bastion from $99 per user per month (AUD, ex GST, 10-user minimum), with 24/7 SOC monitoring through specialist security analysts. Cyber Compliance: Essential Eight assessments and uplift, SMB1001 certification from $1,850, and DISP accreditation readiness. We assess the gaps, implement the agreed controls and build the evidence. Block-hours and ad hoc IT support from $170 per hour, and penetration testing and cyber security audits by an OSCP- and OSEP-certified tester.
